First time patient early today of this practice. Their Staff member Wendy who helped me secure an expedited appointment went above and beyond. Front office/Reception staff all pleasant, helpful. Was seen by Dr. Reddy who was easy to speak with, thorough in his exam and clear in his diagnosis. I suggest they consider opening a branch office in the Conejo Valley, until then it is worth the drive to Encino.

Dr. Reddy was professional, polite and knowledgeable and explained the procedures to me. On the day of the surgery, everyone was wonderful- Chrisy and Kathy were kind and attentive with my needs a big Thank you!

Dr. Lake was easy to talk to and he took the time to listen, answered my questions, and clearly explained the issues and how to best resolve them. His staff was very responsive and easy to schedule follow-up appointments and get information to Dr. Lake.
